For the 1H 2022 Release, I’m excited to share the new SAP SuccessFactors Mobile development available for learning, time tracking, admin capabilities, opportunity marketplace, and performance & goal. There’s quite a bit to cover so let’s drill into the details.
I’m happy to share that the awaited for capabilities for learning are being delivered with the 1H 2022 release. Using the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile app, learners can navigate to course previews and review important item details for online courses, such as prerequisites, credits, time required, and course structure. From there, learners can register for, start, or resume the course.
New for time management, when users punch their time on their SAP SuccessFactors Mobile app, their location can automatically be captured for compliance purposes when entering or exiting the workplace.
Admins can now customize the text in SAP SuccessFactors Mobile app (strings and labels) using the Manage Language tool so that users everywhere can experience a friendly language that aligns with the business need.
Within SAP SuccessFactors Opportunity Marketplace we’re providing an even better employee experience. With this release, customers can now see full recommendations of mentors, preferences, and programs on all mobile devices. This helps people better connect and align with their mentors from wherever they are. In addition, assignment owners can view their posted assignments and quickly view applicants, understand their capabilities against assignment expectation, and bookmark an applicant and send them an offer.
And finally, continuous performance management (CPM) achievement and continuous feedback in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals form is supported via the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile app. Weighted goal management is now also available in the Android version (iOS previously supported).
