Support Spotlight: New Guided Answers just released
In our effort to offer new and faster ways for customers and partners to find solutions, SAP Business One Global Support continues to produce material that is easily digested.
In this short blog post we announce the fresh release of two new Guided Answer Trees in the areas SAP Business One Mobile App and Apache Resources for SAP Business One.
If you are unfamiliar with the concept – Guided Answers (GA) is a self-service support application, providing SAP Business One partners with a unique support experience by guiding them through a “decision tree” concept to a solution for their issue. For the full details on this concept please check the Support Spotlight blog post from November 2021 – Support Spotlight: Guided Answers – Assisted troubleshooting for even faster solutions.
The GA for Mobile App offers a top breakdown into Logon and Runtime. Under this it moves onto various different statuses that can be resolved by following the tree.
The second GA that has been added deep dives into various solutions to Apache Resource Issues. With this help you will be able to navigate through the different system tools both for HANA and SQL and configure them to hopefully resolve the issue. The GA will guide you to the right KBA at the right moment.
We are actively looking for partner feedback regarding the content and its usability. The feedback can be given directly in the application regarding the content of a specific tree (or Guided Answers in general)
