Our goal is to provide you with the tools, knowledge, and guidance you need to make the most out of your SAP solution.

Touchpoint 1 – Welcome and Introduction

In this first touchpoint, we’ll make sure you have received the expected communications from SAP so you can log in to the system. We’ll also ensure you are familiar with SAP channels, support, RISE with SAP components, and learning opportunities. Our experts will provide you with the foundations of SAP concepts to help you prepare for the implementation of your solution.

Touchpoint 2 – Project Readiness

With this second touchpoint, we’ll equip you with the knowledge you need to run your project successfully. We’ll start with an overview of the SAP Activate Methodology as the project methodology for SAP implementations. We’ll cover which key tools are available to support your implementation and provide instructions on how to use them. We’ll explain tools like SAP Readiness Check, Custom Code Migration App, SAP Fiori Library, and more. Finally, we’ll introduce the value maps to offer tailored guidance in relevant Enterprise Support assets.

Touchpoint 3 – Project Guidance

In the third touchpoint, we’ll explain the process to carry out a fit-to-standard analysis of your solution to develop a detailed plan for your workstreams. We’ll introduce you to the main elements of the Explore phase, so you know what the first steps are!

Touchpoint 4 – Project Progress

In the fourth touchpoint, we’ll cover the key activities you’ll need to execute in your project, such as solution configuration, testing, and cutover preparation. We’ll also show you the tools and resources available to make your workload lighter. This part of the onboarding journey corresponds to the “Realize” phase of the Activate methodology.

Touchpoint 5 – Go-Live Preparation

In the final touchpoint, we’ll discuss key cutover activities and lay the foundation for successful adoption post Go-Live. We’ll cover topics such as upgrades, release strategy, maintenance, innovation with SAP, and more.
