I totally missed the context of this automation service and where it sits. The video should have added a little context before jumping directly into the details. I could not find anything about this service on SAP Help as well.

      Thanks,

      Vijay Konam

      Hello Vijay,

      thanks for the feedback!

Maybe I should have mentioned some sources that start more from scratch on the Cloud Integration Automation Service.

Here are some links that show some context:

      Hi Stefan,

Thanks for the blog. I am using this service and my colleague has added my Id as assignee to all the tasks. The tasks are visible under my colleague's inbox but not under mine. However, when I create a new WF I can see the tasks under my inbox.

We have same roles assigned  - the WF is displayed under my inbox only if I create a new  WF and not when I am assigned a task from a WF created by someone else.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

      Regards,

      Merina

      Hello Merina,

Thanks for the question. You need to assign the tasks to the BTP User name e.g. joe.doe@xyzcompany.com

If this doesn't work please let me know.

      Thanks and best Regards
