Recording capability for Generic WEB Applications – GA
Reduce time considerably when automating processes on Generic WEB Applications : SAP Concur, SAP Business ByDesign, other non SAP Web Applications
Improved user guidance for project import
Enabled Cloud project import even if a package dependency is not acquired from the Store and enhanced user experience to guide you in importing the missing dependencies on your tenant
- Validation messages indicating that there is a missing dependency
- Information of the missing package dependency (name, alias, and version of the package) to retrieve from the Store
UI Automation improvements in Automation
New activity to wait until the application is ready and responsive before executing the next step in the automation to avoid failed automation due to slower Applications
Improved Recorder with capture on hover option
Hover over elements to record actions on context menu items or any other control which disappears when a click is performed anywhere outside of the control while recording
Canvas navigation improvements in Automation editor
Integration of IRPA with CALM Exception Monitoring to monitor trigger notifiers status and be notified in case of failure
Productivity improvements in Automation editor
Simplified quota management in Cloud Studio projects
Simplified quota management when exceeding the number of artifacts created in Cloud Studio
- Maximum 10 created Data Types and 10 Files imported or created per Cloud project
- Creation, import, duplication of Data types and Files is deactivated from the menus when the quota limit is reached
New changes were made evident with What’s New pop up
New changes will be made more evident with the What’s New dialog pop up
- All the new features and updates implemented by release are listed by area: Cloud Studio & Factory, SDK, and Store
- Displayed in Cloud Factory and Studio the first time you log in on your Intelligent Robotic Process Automation tenant when a new version has been released
Configure CALM services using Destinations
To ensure compliance and security guidelines, we now encourage you to configure your CALM Registration in SAP Intelligent RPA using Destinations
- Consume Destinations via the SAP Cloud SDK
- A larger variety of authentication types
SDK Improvements
New optional parameter in Outlook SDK activities
Sending Outlook email using existing accounts is now available in Cloud Studio automations by setting the first optional input parameter ‘From’ in activities from Outlook SDK

What is your reason for limiting to a maximum of 10 created data types and 10 imported or created files per cloud project? Have you considered the possible impacts on complex projects? What solution do you propose for them?
