Q1 2022 Enhancements – SAP for Me for Partners
We have kicked off 2022 with a great start, enhancing the experience for our SAP Partners in SAP for Me. Keep reading to learn more:
Product Authorization Fulfillment
You can now view your sell and service product authorizations in SAP for Me. If the status of the authorization requires action, it will show in orange at the top of the list. You can filter by Sell or Service. If you are missing roles, you can click on the popover to see who is currently fulfilling the requirements and how many you are missing.
Partner Grouping & Affiliates
If you have signed the Partner Grouping Agreement (PGA), you can now see a list of all of the affiliates in your group in the Partnership Dashboard. You can find information about the affiliate, the date they were added to the group, and contact details for their Security Manager and Partner Manager. If you are the PGA Signer, you can also find links to add or remove an affiliate
Partner Center of Expertise
In this card your can see the number of your Support authorizations and expand to see the details. You will see any support authorizations with the status “Authorized” or “Candidate”.
You can also find important quick links; for example a link to the Partner COE Dashboard or to request pre-audit services.
The My Partnership Card has been enhanced to include the following information:
- Logo (if applicable)
- Link to Value Points Balance Summary
- Vendor ID
- Tax ID(s)
- Due Diligence data has been enhanced to include ProcessUnity
The Cloud Contracts and On–Premise Maintenance cards have been updated to include the Order Status.
The Upcoming Cloud Renewals and Upcoming Maintenance Renewals have been updated to align with the Cloud Contracts and On-Premise Maintenance cards.
- Direct Link: Customer Success Dashboard > Customer Adoption
- Navigate to Customer and go to the Orders & Renewals tab to view specific contracts for that customer.
Business Planning & Revenue Performance
The Business Planning card has been updated to include your 2022 plan. You can now toggle between 2021 and 2022 plans.
