Ctrl+Y function not working when Creating Sales Order in S4HC

Requirement 1:

APP: Display sales order(VA03), check line item 10, choose more-> costing. When trying to copy the Sales order costing items and paste to Excel, only one items were pasted. The same activity can be done using Ctrl+Y in ECC.

The reason behind is when creating new sales order on the same material, end user do not need to manually select all the information.

 

Solution 1:

Install copytables add-on from Chrome. Select the area on web page, then click text in the 'copy section' as follows and then paste to excel

 

Requirement 2:

When create a line item with material with variant configuration, end user also need copy all the attribute for reference, they don't want to manually type and select all the drop down list as shown below. This can not be resolved using add-on any more.

Solution 2:

Leverage the 'create with reference' function in More

select the order you want to copy from

change the quantity then click copy

Here you go, requirement 1 and 2 can be covered this way.

Additionally, we also investigated further using RPA and it can also automatically get all the data on Fiori screen, including the drop down list. Thanks helen.han2 for her research on this topic.
