Kickstarting IT Career Development
The Great Resignation has spurred plenty of talk about employee retention along with increased investment in employee experience programs. However, there is a lack of discussion about how to specifically retain IT staff given their essential role in today’s evolving organizations.
SAP has long supported learning and enablement of the IT ecosystem, which is why we’re providing more and more affordable, role-based learning programs to keep up with the rapid speed of innovation.
Additionally, SAP Learning provides opportunities for all to upskill, reskill, and validate their SAP skills. For example, with our recent release of the SAP Learning site, we provide access to various free content for upskilling with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP), including a brand-new learning journey focused on how to develop low-code/no-code applications. This helps ensure that learners of all levels, ranging from aspiring developers to those already in development roles, can easily gain SAP skills in core innovation areas and prepare for an SAP certification at no cost.
Through these offerings, we hope to enable IT leaders to take a proactive stance on IT retention, focusing on driving career development to improve the employee experience.
