In this blog post we want to draw attention to the updated Support Map.

The Support Map was created a few years back to get you all Support related information into one document. It is created by SAP Business One Support to make your life easier and to guide you through the different resources that are available to you as a partner.

We will go through tools available to help you, knowledge resources and last the communities.

Before starting → if you prefer to go straight to the document, here is the link: Support Map

The Tools to help you along

As you might know, SAP offers a variety of tools to make support easier for you. In this section you will find information about RSP, Go-To-Assist and Report a Problem. There are links and videos to make the information easily digestible.

The tool I want to put the spotlight on is Zabbix. This is a tool used to monitoring your Cloud installations. Check out the Support Map on how to get access for free.

Knowledge Resources

There are various knowledge sources for SAP Business One, some you might know, and a few are new. In our #SupportSpotlight series here on the communities we promoted our latest serving which is Guided Answers, do read about it here - Support Spotlight: Guided Answers – Assisted troubleshooting for even faster solutions

To find out more about the different knowledge sources, their different flavors and how to best use them check out the Support Map and the KBA 3152614.

The Communities

In the SAP Business One Communities space you will find both blog posts and the Q&A forums where you can consult other partners, customers, and SAP employees. In 2022 SAP Business One Support is doubling down to help in the Q&A section. If you have not visited the communities lately, we invite you to try it out.

To take in all the information go to the document and read it for yourself, download it and keep it close and let it guide you in the right direction.
