You can use the interactive “supported solutions” tool in the SAP Help Portal to find out which SAP solutions are supported by SAP Cloud ALM. Fair usage rights for SAP Cloud ALM are included in your Support Entitlement of Enterprise Support, Enterprise Support Cloud Edition, PSLE and it is ready for immediate consumption.
Hi Raquel,
I've once saw a slide where "Incident management" (after Go-live, so end user enters an incident, IT/support can follow-up on this) for S/4HANA (Public) Cloud was shown as "to be available later". Do you know where I can find information on this topic? I didn't find any other information on this so far.

This integration is not yet available but it will be released very soon.

thanks for your feedback! I've checked the roadmap explorer, but didn't find the term "Incident" there. Is there a different term used in "SAP language"?

The first tool that will be integrated with SAP Cloud ALM for incident management is ServiceNow.
In the roadmap it describes "Built-in integration of ServiceNow IT Service Management in intelligent event processing", which is the "integration of events coming from SAP Cloud ALM with ServiceNow IT Service Management (outbound integration)."

I cant seem to get subscribed to the EGI, it says that i successfully subscribed to the sap learning hub but i cant seem to find SUP_EDE_0010_0222
