Thank you for this update, so early in the game. Make things much easier. Appreciate it.
Hi Julius Pereira thank you for your comment.
We try to update our customers as fast as possible to make the planning process easier 🙂
Sounds great. Its just that this is the first time this has happened, quite a bit in advance; a pleasant surprise. 🙂 I'm glad you are on it. Thank you again.
Hi Emmanuel Desert and Malgorzata Konopelska
after read in detail the pdf, I can indentify a lot of improvements requested via the Influence page. Some of them are very useful (visit location, code list restrictions for SSI, etc). Many thanks for that. I really think this is the right direction!
Hi Francisco Ruiz Garcia ,
thank you for your positive feedback. The Product Management Team tries to improve the product as much as possible to make it better for customers and values your opinion 🙂
Hi,
Following the 2205 upgrade of Test tenants over the weekend, I'm now in the process of cross-checking & testing new enhancements. I notice in our test system that the client-side Outlook Add-In version doesn't look correct i.e. older version to the one we're currently running in PROD system. If anything I would expect a newer version. Please can someone advise further. Thanks
Test System:
PROD System:
Latest I hear from SAP support team is that the latest version is available for download from test tenant (even thought the version number shows incorrect & release note not yet updated). We're in the process of testing to confirm if this is indeed correct or not.
Hi Ben,
actually we don´t even have the Download Centre available in TEST tenant.
We can only download from QUALITY tenant.
Is it the same for you?
Hi Pavla,
We have 3 tenants - DEV, QA and PROD.
The 'Download' option is available in all our 3 tenants - perhaps check your Company Settings and enable where missing.
I'm being told now that 221.0.4779.1302 is the latest version.
Hi Ben,
this is what I got from SAP:
Dear customer,
Hope you are doing fine..! 🙂
We checked the issue from our end and we got to know that there is a bug in the release notes and it is not showing the new version 221.0.4779.1302 instead it is displaying old version 214.0.4657.506. But if you download the addin, new version 221.0.4779.1302 is only downloaded.
Our team is working on it to fix the bug of displaying old version in release notes.
Soon it will be fixed and correct recent released version will be displayed.
Thanks and Regards Gagan B K SAP Product Support
Yes, same response we received.
Today I see the same issue is now apparent in our PROD system, which no doubt will confuse a few of our end users 🙁 Hope SAP sort this out quickly. I'm surprised they are not releasing a new version of this software for 2205 release...as seems to be the case for all previous quarterly releases looking at the release notes.
Can you please explain this slide little bit more?
Will this be enabled inside an Opportunity?
