The Importance of Both Hard and Soft Skills in the Hybrid Workplace
In today’s hybrid work environment, the development of both soft skills and hard skills is essential to employee experience and company success. However, the way we teach these skill sets needs to be strategically different. Think about it: the way we learn how to optimize our communication skills will look completely different than how we learn data modeling in SAP HANA Cloud.
At the same time, all learning must take into account varying learning styles, as well as competing demands for attention, requiring learning content to be both engaging and flexible to various employees’ needs.

Through these new offerings, we aim to meet our learners where they are by making the opportunity to enhance SAP skills available to everyone, lowering the barrier to entry in the field.
