SAP Process Automation – Branding Policy & Communications Guidelines

Hi,

As we are transitioning from SAP Intelligent RPA and SAP Workflow Management to our new SAP Process Automation solution, now available for all SAP customers, we will share blog posts and generally speaking external communication about SAP Process Automation from other teams in SAP as well as from our valued Partners and Customers who are part of this Community.

That will contribute to more awareness about SAP Process Automation and increase its visibility on the highly competitive market of Digital Process Automation / Hyperautomation.

Thank you for your endeavors and support!

In order to align our efforts and increase our reach together, I just would like to remind you a few rules and guidance with regard to our naming and branding.

Name: SAP Process Automation

In any external communication and in any customer facing asset, we can not use acronyms such as SPA or SAP PA, simply because it is not allowed by official SAP brand policy:

So please use only SAP Process Automation

In addition, if the title and some headers of your content mention “SAP Process Automation” it is better for your SEO, and your content will have a wider and better reach in the global RPA community.
