Get involved and participate in the Customer Engagement Initiatives for SAP Enable Now

Now is your chance to influence and shape specific development topics for SAP Enable Now!

The SAP Customer Engagement Initiative (CEI) enables you as an SAP customer or partner to get early insights into SAP’s product developments and directly work with the developers to define and shape future product directions.

The SAP Enable Now Team is offering two interesting opportunities for customers to influence SAP Enable Now development.

Q4 2022 UPDATE! New Projects available now!

The projects will be open for registration until November 18th, 2022.

SAP Enable Now Projects

These are the two projects offered for SAP Enable Now in this Q4 2022 CEI cycle:

Mobile readiness for SAP Enable Now

We plan to evaluate the usage of mobile devices for SAP Enable Now and SAP Companion content and UI during runtime. In the session we would like to show you concepts and developments to get your feedback for the content usage on mobile devices. We also would like to discuss:

  • How is content used on mobile devices?
  • Which content is used?
  • What is missing?
  • What are the main pain points?
  • Furthermore

SAP Enable Now: Customer Influence Requests Overview

In this workshop we would like to discuss the feature requests of our customers:

  • How can customers create feature requests?
  • How can customers vote on available feature requests?
  • How is the review process for feature requests?
  • Which features have been delivered?
  • Which features are planned?
  • Why has a request rejected?
  • And furthermore

SAP Companion Custom Content for SAP Ariba Network

This planned SAP Customer Engagement Initiative project will focus on understanding customer needs around adding custom SAP Companion content within customer-specific pages in SAP Ariba Network. Possible guidance could include organizational policies, videos, and documentation to help users better understand how to transact with a specific customer on the SAP Ariba Network.

As part of this initiative, we would like to better understand how customers would take advantage of this capability and identify key locations within the application where it would be most valuable.

      Hi Kristina,

Why are NA/LA regions excluded from the campaign?

I hope this is just a typo in the campaign description.

      Hi Anton,

indeed it seems the platform did not save our settings correctly. Thanks for the hint, will try to get it fixed.

In the meantime, feel free to submit customers from all regions globally.

      Take care,

I get a "Object does not exist or access is denied" message on both of those links. Should I take that personally??

      Hi Dirk,

never! Maybe try to access this main page first: and then try the direct project links again.

It's the usual influence campaign tool sign in process, not sure why it's not working.

      Take care,

My mistake; I was using my 'public' ID not my C* ID. All good now. Thanks.
