Hands Free ERP for SME, Decision Assistant for Management by Exception, Next Generation User Experience... you heard these words from me couple of time in the last year as you may remember from our previous series of blog posts and I hope I already convinced you through our deliveries that they are not "buzz words". In case I didn't, I'll take one more chance revealing to you the update I provided on the Intelligent Enterprise for SME strategy in our virtual Tech Talk event from December.

Hands Free ERP for SME is based on a mix of embedded SAP AI Business Services like Document Information Extraction or side by side intelligent automation bots (IRPA) for SAP Business ByDesign or SAP Business One which have the only purpose to reduce highly repetitive and time consuming tasks like business document processing and free up the business users for activities which really matter.
The last such AI embedded service we just released both in SAP Business ByDesign or SAP Business One is Intelligent Business Partner Creation with Business Card Scanning.
The second part of the Hands Free ERP for SME strategy covered the side by side intelligent robots and the one I demoed at Tech Talk was the Intelligent Sales Order creation based on Purchase Order scanning which is already released both for SAP Business ByDesign and SAP Business One.
Decision Assistant for Management by Exception is not anymore a dream.
