Content

In this SAP Fiori Makers call our customer B/S/H and our Partner Sovanta AG showcased the SAP Fiori application they have built for their strategic talent development, which they have recently re-designed. Dr. Philip Meyer from B/S/H and Akin Aritmac from Sovanta AG presented how they re-designed an internal application that helps their HR managers to identify the best fit, diverse talent and develop their next key competencies in order to prepare them for their next level position.

After the introduction of the use-case and screen-flows, Kai Richter, Chief Design Expert for SAP Fiori, reviewed the application from an SAP Fiori Guidelines perspective – including why and when deviations from guidelines make sense with regards of a good UX, general do’s and don’ts and alternative design approaches, e. g. when using the latest SAP Fiori concepts.

In addition we discussed where SAP Fiori elements was used to boost the development efficiency of the use case.

      Hi

Thanks for presenting - I am working on the assessment process / performance management on employees - we have had an adobe process so we went down the Process & Forms road. I can see that in you presentation you have the 'Development profile' as button. Question is - does this lead the user to the ECC development profile. Or have you developed a custom object page.

      Anders - somewhere in Norway...

      Hi Anders,

Your welcome. We're on the Adobe process, too. So the button leads you to a PDF file for each employee.

      Regards,
      Philip
