Happy New Year to everyone! We have updated all the Architecture Leading Practices with 2H 2021 content. These ALPs were published a couple of weeks back, and my apologies for the delayed blog.

Few notable highlights of 2H 2021 Updates :
- *New ALP: SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone Strategy: SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone solution was introduced to provide an employee-centric HR user experience and provide Businesses with a unified intelligent work experience that increases engagement and productivity.
This new ALP provides SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone's key capabilities, the Architecture strategy for Migration (for existing Jam customers), and the Implementation Strategy for HR Use case and non-HR Use case. We have also provided a standard card configuration overview and steps to create custom cards/integrations. The User Provisioning and User Authentication section covers the identity authentication scenario for different user types and systems.
- *New ALP: SAP SuccessFactors Global Template: Global Template Covers global elements of the process (service), data, and solution (system) design and defines an
approach for localization. It also provides a clear and rigorous governance framework and decision structure to keep local deviations/variations minimum. The ALP covers the deployment approach, benefits, and global template design.
- The Job Architecture ALP has been updated to include Center of Capabilities (CofC) information.
- There's a lot of new updates to People Analytics Strategy with the updated People Analytics architecture and latest information on Report Story.
Customers can review these documents before starting a new implementation or during the SuccessFactors HXM Suite roadmap planning exercises. Partner consultants can utilize these overview documents to present high-level SuccessFactors topics during the Explore and Design phase.
We here at SAP, have provided various assets for supporting your SAP SuccessFactors implementation. Some of these assets, such as the Architecture Leading Practices (ALPs), Implementation Design Principles (IDPs), serve an alternative purpose that is more than just for implementation.
