How Much Value Your Company Realized

Have you ever wondered how much value your company has realized by implementing a Supply Chain Planning solution and how your company compares to peers, either by industry, size or geography?

Steps to Assess Yourself as a company

The SAP Next-Generation Benchmark Survey gives you the opportunity to compare your company with peers by completing a self-assessment. This tool is one of the many assets you have available at SAP and you can evaluate the value you realized by using SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for Supply Chain.

Each assessment focuses on key performance indicators and process best practices to evaluate the company´s maturity.

What to Expect

For the survey to match your company with peers, you’ll be first asked to inform company information like size, geography, industry, and sub-industry.

For Supply Chain Planning specifically, the survey provides a detailed and executive value assessment. Your maturity will be assessed across three areas:

  • Demand Management and Insights

  • Response and Supply Planning

  • Sales Inventory and Operations Planning

Some questions will be of numerically format like "Days of inventory" or "Forecast accuracy" . Others will be evaluating your process maturity by asking you to rate yourself on levels 1-5.

Please check out the videos and the sample output results of the SAP Next-Generation Benchmark Survey.
