I would like thank you for your continued support and collaboration on Customer Influence throughout 2021. Your requests help us to further improve our public cloud offering, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, with and for you.
Where we need your support
- Currently we find a deliberate amount of customer requests in status “Need more info”. This indicates that we need YOU to specify further details so that we can continue to process your request. During “need more info” the request is “on hold”. If an action is required from your end as the request author, you will get an e-mail notification from SAP. Please attend to such notifications within a timeframe of 4-6 weeks by providing the requested information. This will help us to speed up the requests processing.
- At the same time we ask you as a requestor to invest time when documenting your requirement. We recommend to provide a comprehensive request description with a certain level of detail. Screenshots and and other visuals are always welcome! Similarly, we ask all voters to vote selectively for the requirements, where you, for example, see a strong benefit for your own processes.
