Displaying Documents Older Than 999 Days and Additional Search Capabilities in the eDocument Cockpit
The eDocument Cockpit (EDOC_COCKPIT) offers a comprehensive search function.
When you select a process under Result Overview, the system updates the list based on the number of days that you entered under Show Recent eDocuments (Days). Per default, the Cockpit displays the electronic documents created in the last 30 days. You can change this number up to 999. In addition, if you want to display documents older than 999 days, you can do the following:
- Select a process and choose Change.
- In the Restriction on eDocument Criteria section, set a range date for creation or posting date (Creation Date/to or Posting Date/to).
- Choose Execute.
When you filter documents in the Cockpit, avoid entering a too wide selection range because it can result in a dump. For more information, see the section D22 of the SAP Note 2530509 – Document Compliance Framework Troubleshooting Guide.
