SAP Intelligent RPA Success Stories – I.P. ONE Transforms to Become a Data-Driven Enterprise

Thailand’s leading household, fabric care, food & beverage, and personal care manufacturer and distributor, I.P. One Company Limited, implemented SAP solutions to drive business expansion and growth, to become a complete data-driven enterprise.
Established in 1972, I.P. One is a fast-growing manufacturer of household and personal care products in Thailand. The company produces consumer products under brands known as Hygiene, Vixol, Wiz, Dance, Focus, and Ivy. Despite the COVID-19 disruption, the company has achieved significant business growth and expanded businesses to countries in the CLMV market including Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and Vietnam as well as China. As its business was expanding, I.P. One looked to digitalize and upgrade its business management systems to ensure the unification of business processes, better business management, and build a data-driven organization to prepare for its regional growth.

We had many disparate sales data from salespersons across the country that had to be combined into one that was standardized, modernized, and highly maintainable.”
“We decided to digitize our business operations, streamline our business processes and reduce manual tasks by implementing several updated SAP solutions since October last year. SAP helped us create a common simplified, standardized business process that considers different regulations in several countries. The consolidated enterprise-wide data enables our marketing and sales team to be able to continuously improve product offering and equips our management team with abilities to adapt the game plan and accelerate the growth strategy.” Sirinart added.

While SAP Intelligent RPA helps automate manual tasks usually done by the back-office employees to analyze sales data from over 500 salespersons nationwide. I.P. One also plans to implement Qualtrics in a near future to better understand customers and innovate products that build from that feedback.
