SAP continues to enrich the Partner experience with the introduction of Partner Renewal Orders in SAP for Me. Now Partners have real-time information about their upcoming Cloud and On-Premise renewals, including full visibility to such details as assigned Orders, Purchase Order numbers, start and end dates, and more. After reading this blog, you will know how to access your Partner renewals!

While Partners previously had a view of their Partnership Agreements, Sales and Marketing data, Partner Solutions and more in SAP for Me, we now introduce new cards within the Partner Dashboard’s Customer Success area, providing transparency to all your renewal details and activities.

How Partners Can Access their Renewals

In SAP for Me (S-User required), select “Partner Dashboards” from the menu, and then the “Customer Success” dashboard:

From there, you will see two new cards on the Customer Adoption Tab:

  1. Approaching Customer Cloud Renewals

  2. Approaching Customer Maintenance Renewals

In the Approaching Renewals List (Cloud and On-Premise) the Partner can find renewals that are due within the next 120 days. This list is initially sorted by Contract End date, so orders that are coming up for renewal soonest will be listed at the top.

Explore the renewal information by clicking on a listed customer name and selecting the Orders & Renewals Tab.

Please take time to explore the Partner Renewal Cards in SAP for Me. Should you have any questions, please access the Guided Partner Support for the Customer Success Dashboard, where you will find helpful information on the Partner Renewal process as well as links to additional support (login required).

We would also love to hear your thoughts on how we can improve SAP for Me for Partners. Please feel free to share your feedback in the comments section below or post questions in the SAP for Me Q&A section.

Soon, PO Submission functionality will also be available for Partners’ Cloud and On-Premise renewals. Continue to check the SAP for Me blog tags as we progressively enhance the renewal experience in SAP for Me!

Thank you and best regards,

Ozzy
