As promised, we have now broadened our content offering by providing two key deliverables for working with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP):
Your feedback has always been essential for measuring the usability of the documentation and for constantly improving the content on SAP Help Portal. Up until now, our feedback channel was one-way only, so we couldn’t get back to you to discuss your proposals and questions.
Now, our SAP BTP documentation is available on GitHub, and you can collaborate by using standard GitHub processes: with pull requests you can suggest changes to existing content, and with issues you can provide feedback and start a discussion with us.
We’re excited about this new collaboration process because it helps us to better understand your feedback, act upon it faster, and improve the content together with you. All you need is a GitHub account, familiarize yourself with our contribution guidelines, and then you can get started!

Provide feedback on the basic platform concepts, account administration, development in the multi-cloud environment, extensions, and security of the cloud setup, and applications on SAP BTP. - Best Practices Guide for SAP BTP
Provide feedback or contribute to our set of best practices for planning and setting up your development projects on SAP BTP. This guide is an SAP BTP onboarding document that includes all steps for setting up the correct organizational structure, creating an account and security model, and developing and operating applications.

How to Provide Feedback
- Open the documentation on SAP Help Portal.
- Choose Feedback -> Create issue to open an issue for the current document.
- Submit your issue and wait for our response.
How to Edit Content
- Open the documentation on SAP Help Portal.
- Choose Feedback -> Edit page to open the markdown file of the current document.
- Choose the pencil icon to open the file for editing.
- Update the Markdown version of the HTML page.
- Add a comment and propose your changes.
- Create a pull request and wait for our response.
