I would like to make you aware of some highlights regarding the digital experience services on SAP Business Technology Platform - SAP Work Zone and SAP Launchpad service - at SAP TechEd 2021. This year at SAP TechEd the SAP low-code/no-code unified offering was launched in SAP Business Technology Platform empowering IT and citizen developers to quickly build enterprise-ready apps, automations, workflows, and chatbots no matter their skill level or coding expertise.

A part of this low-code/no-code unified delivery is also the area of “digital experience” with SAP Work Zone, SAP Launchpad, and SAP Mobile Start which represent the services on SAP BTP which help to drive employee productivity and make newly built apps available to everyone in the company on any device, see this image for more information:
In his SAP TechEd keynote Jürgen invited diana_roesner and markolehtimaki for showcasing a comprehensive demo of the new low-code/no-code unified offering. The demo starts with SAP Work Zone and the demo person "Head of Customer Service Strategy" opens his/her SAP Work Zone which displays all information and connects to all applications: you see how the demo person can approve open items and review business KPIs from various systems in one central page.

In his SAP TechEd session DEV202 SAP Product Manager aviad.rivlin is focusing on the two digital experience services on SAP BTP – SAP Launchpad service and SAP Work Zone – which support the implementation of a central and intuitive access to applications, processes, and information. Shaun Syvertsen, CEO from Convergent IS, joins Aviad in the session and takes you through a customer story talking about their implementations of SAP Launchpad service and SAP Work Zone.
SAP Launchpad service is about aggregating and integrating multiple applications under a single point of access. SAP Work Zone includes the capability from SAP Launchpad service (centralizing access to relevant business applications, processes and information), but also offers additional capabilities to build modern intranets with content pages, widgets and UI integration cards. The session gives you also insights into the future roadmap for Launchpad service and SAP Work Zone.
