HCM Brasil eSocial: Reporte de dados rescisórios para empregado sem vínculo empregatício

Olá pessoal,

Como apresentado ontem, para seguirmos em conformidade com nova regra determinada pelo governo federal, a partir da versão S-1.0 do leiaute do eSocial, o evento S-2399 - trabalhador sem vínculo de emprego – término indica que as empresas não devem mais enviar os dados de pagamento correspondentes a verbas rescisórias (verbasResc) dos trabalhadores demitidos, cujo código de categoria seja diferente de 721, como estagiários, diretor sem FGTS etc.

Portanto, foram realizadas atualizações nos eventos S-2399 - trabalhador sem vínculo de emprego – término e S-1200 - Remuneração de trabalhador vinculado ao Regime Geral de Previd. Social com o propósito de possibilitar o envio de dados referente à empregado sem vínculo empregatício em caso de terminação. De acordo com as informações compartilhadas pelo governo brasileiro, caso haja valor rescisório a ser reportado, ele deverá ser realizado através do evento S-1200.

 

O que muda

Na versão S-1.0 do leiaute do eSocial, empregados sem vínculo, cuja categoria seja diferente de 721 (Contribuinte individual - Diretor não empregado, com FGTS), deverão reportar os pagamentos referentes à verbas rescisórias de contrato, quando houver, através do evento S-1200 - Remuneração de trabalhador vinculado ao Regime Geral de Previd. Social.

O evento S-2399 - trabalhador sem vínculo de emprego – término será gerado normalmente, porém sem os valores referentes à verbas rescisórias, e sempre que houverem, esses valores serão enviados através do S-1200 - Remuneração de trabalhador vinculado ao Regime Geral de Previd. Social. Uma vez executado o evento S-1200, o sistema irá identificar que esse trabalhador foi demitido e irá gerar também o S-2399 automaticamente.

 

Como esses dados aparecerão no sistema

Você executa o report eSocial: Gerador de eventos de folha/periódicos (RPC_PAYBR_EFD_PAY_GENERATOR) para enviar os dados de pagamento correspondentes a verbas rescisórias. Você pode visualizar esses valores conforme descrito abaixo:

1. Insira o N◦ pessoal do empregado e no campo Tipo de evento selecione a opção 101 (Remuneração do Trabalhador).


2. Os valores correspondentes a verbas rescisórias estarão disponíveis na aba Grupo de rubricas que compõem a remuneração do trabalhador.


3. Você pode validar a versão do leiaute do evento que está sendo executado na aba onde constam os dados do empregado.

Esses dados de empregado são fictícios e utilizados apenas para realização de testes.

Hi everyone,

As presented yesterday, in order to be in accordance with a new rule determined by the federal government, from the S-1.0 version of the eSocial layout, the event S-2399 - employee with no employment relationship - termination indicates that the companies should no longer send the payment data corresponding to severance funds (verbasResc) of the dismissed workers, whose category code is different from 721, as trainees, director without FGTS etc.

Therefore, updates were made in the events S-2399 - employee with no employment relationship - termination and S-1200 - Employee remuneration from Social Security General Regime to enable the data sending of an employee with no employment relationship in case of contract termination. According to the information shared by the Brazilian government, if there is a rescissory value to be reported, it should be carried out through the S-1200 event.

 

What changes

In version S-1.0 of the eSocial layout, employees with no employment relationship, whose category is different from 721 (Individual contributor - Director not employed, with FGTS), must report the payments regarding termination amounts, when there is, through event S-1200 - Employee remuneration from Social Security General Regime.

The event S-2399 - employee with no employment relationship - termination will be generated normally, but without the amounts related to termination funds, and whenever there are, these values will be sent through the S-1200 - Employee remuneration from Social Security General Regime. Once event S-1200 is executed, the system will identify that this worker has been dismissed and will also generate S-2399 automatically.

 

How this data will appear in the system

You execute the report eSocial: Payroll event generator/periodic (RPC_PAYBR_EFD_PAY_GENERATOR) to send the payment data corresponding to severance pay amounts. You can view these values as described below:

1. Enter the employee's Personnel Number and in the Event Type field select option 101 (Worker payment).


2. The values corresponding to severance pay will be available in the tab of wage types that contain the employee's remuneration.


3. You can validate the layout version of the event that is being executed on the employee’s data tab.

 

Note:

This employee’s data is fictitious and is used for testing purposes only.
