When a company develops, produces, sells, or transports products, efficient compliance with an increasing number of regulatory, sustainability and stakeholder requirements is a must. In the SAP Community call on November 2, 2021 I explained how SAP S/4HANA for product compliance and its new capabilities automate compliance processes and help ensure product compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
The session started with information on current trends and challenges in product compliance and how digitalization can help to manage these. After a brief overview of the application SAP S/4HANA for product compliance, the audience got insights into the solution strategy and the ongoing complete renewal of the SAP product compliance application in SAP S/4HANA. Then, the new capabilities were explained in detail and some of them were shown in a short offline demo. A short summary and information on the new tags and
landing page for the SAP product compliance applications in the SAP Community concluded the session.
