It’s my great pleasure to announce that SAP BTP, Kyma runtime is now available on Google Cloud Platform. With this latest addition, it’s now possible to pick any of the three major hyperscalers as infrastructure provider underneath Kyma runtime. This means you can now choose any of 22 regions around the globe to enable SAP’s fully managed Kubernetes runtime.

setup options for the different hyperscalers: For Google Cloud Platform, it’s as well possible to pick different VM sizes.
Of course it still means that your deployment on one hyperscaler is still independent from the underlying infrastructure as Kyma runtime is built on SAP’s Gardener open source project which provides a vanilla and unbiased Kubernetes platform.
