RequisitionRevertBudgetToEarlierVersionExportRequest in CIG

RequisitionRevertBudgetToEarlierVersionExportRequest transaction is used to send the previous version of Requisition from SAP Ariba solution to External system. Intention here is, the funds allocation/deallocation will also reversed to the previous version through the requisition.

P2P task to be enabled – Export Modified Requisitions To Revert Funds

Parameter to be enabled – Application.Budget.SendEarlierVersionRequisitionToExternalSystemForBudgetReversal

Steps :

• Create PR


• Convert to PO


• Change PR


• Withdraw or deny PR

1. Create PR : RequisitionRealTimeBudgetExportRequest
   


2. Convert to PO : PurchaseOrderExportRequest
   


3. Change PR
   

   Added a new line and deleted existing line.
   
   

   
   

   Ariba version is  changed in Header 'Texts' tab and new line is added and existing line is marked for deletion.
   

   
   


4. Withdraw : RequisitionRevertBudgetToEarlierVersionExportRequest
   
   
   

   Ariba version is  changed in Header 'Texts' tab to old version  and new line is deleted so that the old version is simulated . ( Old version has only 2 lines ).
   

   
   

 

Conclusion:

Budget can be allocated/deallocated to previous state by reverting the requisition to its earlier version. This activity can be performed through RequisitionRevertBudgetToEarlierVersionExportRequest.
