The past year and a half has been filled with significant change and uncertainty. However, there is one thing that has remained constant - the need for organizations to take care of their people. To stay competitive in today's market, it is critical that the employee experience is placed front and center. With the right strategy and tools in place, businesses of all sizes can retain top talent, boost employee satisfaction, and improve their bottom line.

The Second Half 2021 Release for SAP SuccessFactors will include innovations and enhancements to further improve the employee experience and help organizations run at their best. We are excited to provide new features and capabilities for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central that will increase operational efficiency and provide a more streamlined user-experience. Let’s take a look at some of these key highlights.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Data on the New Home Page

For this release, we are further integrating SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central data into the new reimagined home page. Users will be able to access workflow approvals and delegation configurations directly on their home page. These easy-to-consume, interactive alerts help create an engaging experience, and put critical information front and center to save employees time and effort.

Mass Changes to Matrix Relationships

We are also enhancing our mass data management tool to support mass changes to matrix relationships. This allows users to efficiently update the matrix relationship of multiple positions at one time. In addition, users now have the flexibility to keep position matrix relationships in sync with employee job relationships after transfers.

Other Key Highlights

We will also be providing a new feature for managing conditional groups and defaults. Users can now automatically populate employee data and position fields based on complex organizational and employment grouping criteria without the need for business rules. This is especially relevant for data fields such as pay group or other compensation-related elements. We are also offering improved currency handling in the “Salary vs. Team” widget. The system now shows salary information in the logged-in user’s currency, allowing for increased clarity.

These are just a few of the many innovations you will find in the SAP SuccessFactors Second Half 2021 Release. We are excited to offer enhancements and additional capabilities to help your organization run at its best. For more information, visit the What’s New Viewer or read our Release Highlights Brochure.
