New Live Session Series: Emarsys Technical Product and Implementation

We are delighted to introduce a new series of SAP Live sessions for Emarsys aimed at technical consultants and implementers: Emarsys Technical Product and Implementation.

In this series, you will learn about the implementation of the Emarsys core platform and its components, beginning with scope assessment and preparation and ending with product configuration and advanced tips and tricks.

This series contains five topics, with a duration of three hours each, distributed across five days. You can register for each session separately, but we recommend you attend all five.

Session 1: An Introduction to Emarsys Products – Part 1

In this session you will learn how to analyze and segment your contact database, create a personalized email and build an automated program. We will also review email campaigns and recommendations.

Session 2: An Introduction to Emarsys Products – Part 2

In this session, you will learn how to analyze the results of the email marketing efforts, work with external databases on the Emarsys platform and lastly diversify the marketing strategy with multiple channels to retain customers with loyalty programs.

Session 3:  How to do basic account setup and email channel configuration

In this session you’ll learn how to create and configure basics for a new SAP Emarsys account and understand the deliverability requirements to put your new account on sending.

Session 4: Tips for solution validation and steps for data onboarding

In this session you’ll learn how to check the solution scope and plan as well as how to implement contact, sales, product, and other feeds for SAP Emarsys.

Session 5: Additional channel implementation and solution QA

In this session you’ll learn how to implement mobile push, SMS, Web Channel, and CRM Ads for SAP Emarsys as well as how to do the final platform validation before project closure
