Welcome to our blog series about SAP Subscription Billing’s new features!

These past two weeks, two features have been introduced, enabling a smoother master data integration and a better customer and product data overview on the UI. Let’s have a look together in detail:

Replication of customer data from SAP Master Data Integration

You can now replicate customer data from SAP Master Data Integration to SAP Subscription Billing. SAP Master Data Integration enables you to share master data between integrated applications and keep the data synchronised. You need a separate license to use SAP Master Data Integration.

To find out how to set up the integration, see Integration with SAP Master Data Integration in the Integration Guide for SAP Subscription Billing.

Quick view of products and customers in the Bills app

In a bill, you can now display a summary of customer or product data by clicking the link on the customer name or product ID.

From the quick view, you can also navigate to the Customers or Products app to see more details.
