There are multiple ways you can get Adapter metadata from SAP Process Orchestration and below are the few.
Using Integration Directory API of SAP Process Orchestration its possible to get Communication Channel details easility into readble format.Refer the below blog to know how to achieve the same.

We can get the adapter metadata by navigating to namespace “http://sap.com/xi/XI/System” of Software Component Version “SAP BASIS 7.50”
