Accelerating SAP S/4HANA projects: SAP’s support assistant and SAP Project Coach at your service

The Next-Generation Support approach from SAP aims at an effortless customer support, anytime, anywhere, leveraging the latest technology and tools to speed up time to answers and provide a delightful experience.

One element to support this is the Support Assistant. This new guided incident creation method benefits SAP customers in multiple ways:

  • Easily assign the correct solution area, leading to the correct assignment of SAP experts to assist.
  • Learn about possible trouble shooting steps to help customers analyze the topic at hand on their system.
  • Solve the situation even before creating the case with targeted, relevant knowledge documents.
  • Capture all relevant information for SAP to process the case.

The Support Assistant’s content has further grown since its launch, offering answers and guided help in many product areas.

Another element to help customers run their best is the SAP Project Coach. Created as a tool for customers to easily move to SAP S/4HANA, the SAP Project Coach is a 24/7 chatbot with more than 1,900 solutions for questions on SAP S/4HANA – on-premise and private cloud edition, across project phases, from discover to deploy. The content is available across ten knowledge areas/dimensions and regularly updated. It also offers live one-to-one coaching sessions with SAP S/4HANA experts sharing insights and best practice knowledge.

SAP Project Coach is accessible now from Support Assistant

Now these two helpful tools come in a bundle. Some customers implementing SAP S/4HANA approach SAP’s Product Support with technical questions. To put helpful knowledge at their fingertips, customers can now access the SAP Project Coach from within the Support Assistant.

Whenever customers are in the process of creating a case in the SAP S/4HANA area, the link will be offered on the right hand side of the screen – supporting you with a wealth of useful data to run faster in your projects.

Using these two tools together is a great opportunity to solve issues faster, saving time and bringing extra knowledge by predefined content and from the AI driven Project Coach!
