Release Announcement – SAP CPQ Implementation (C4H420)
On behalf of the CRM & CX Product Learning CoE Team, it is my pleasure to announce the latest release of the SAP CPQ Implementation course (C4H420) and associated certification (C_C4H420).
The course and certification have been updated based on SAP CPQ Release 2108.
What is it about?
The SAP CPQ Implementation course covers fundamental SAP CPQ concepts, features, and functionality. In this course, you will learn how to perform a range of common implementation-related tasks and gain an understanding of how they relate to the greater whole. You will be provided with system access for hands-on exercises and a proof-of-concept workshop, where you will collaborate in small groups to analyze and implement a business scenario.
Who is it for?
This course is primarily intended for Application Consultants, Implementation Consultants, and Technology Consultants.
How can you book it?
The course and certification are both available for booking on the training shop.
The course is also available on the SAP Learning Hub. You will need to have a subscription in order to access the material there.

Thank you Carleen. However, when i last checked in https://training.sap.com/certification/validity, it does not show C_C4H420 certification as part of Certification Hub. Hope you can confirm.
Hi Sampath. I can confirm that the associated certification (C_C4H420) was retired at the end of last year for portfolio consolidation reasons.
Thanks Carleen. Any idea will it be re-introduced or combined as part of consolidation with SalesCloud please?
Hi Sampath. I do not know of any plans to do so at this time. Ownership of the CPQ enablement portfolio is being handed over to another team that will decide whether the reintroduce a certification, replace with a badge, or consolidate.
