Hi Simone, I am struggling to find e.g. the 2108 release briefing PPT. The Webcast can be found, but not the slides. Similar for all the other release briefings earlier than 2111. Were these migrated to another tool from CX Wiki?

      Thanks,

      Fabian

Hi Fabian, We did not migrate the old release content to SAP Community or any other tool.

But you can find the slides and demo videos in the respective ON24 on demand session.

https://gateway.on24.com/wcc/eh/2983783/category/44877/cloud-for-customer --> and search for the Release Webcast - or check the below links:

      Hi all,

Email Attachments Size limit will not be increased as promised. This is the explaination from Support:

"I had a discussion round with all the teams involved in the resolution of this case. They returned today and stated that growing the number of inbound emails in a short timescale in the inbound scenario will no longer be achievable due to some constraints.

      # Note:  A. Documentation will be updated soon with a SAP explanation: Inbound email sizes are bloated by company email servers before being forwarded to SAP. Hence, the actual size of inbound emails cannot exceed 26MB. B. The development team will carefully reevaluate this scenario, taking into account dev capacity."

Hos is possible that this functionality were not tested before including it in the release documentation?

Great content, and I really like having a single page with registration, slides, and additional content in one place. I also enjoy the recorded demos to get a better understanding the ISE content and changes, but I noticed that the Dynamic Visit Planning link points to the Customer Insights demo video. Can you help Simone Lesniak? How can I get the Dynamic Visit Planning demo?
