We are happy to inform you all that the entire SAP Waste and Recycling (W&R) solution portfolio is now available in
SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition (RISE with SAP). This means that SAP customers can now also get SAP's application management services (AMS) and the Business Transformation as a Service directly for the industry-specific components.
Over the last few months, we have been providing PROLOGA's industry solution extension for this new deployment variant - It is now also available in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition. Our marketing department took this opportunity to tidy up the names of the individual parts and to better distinguish them from one another by giving them a better name.

The previous names will continue to appear in one place or another - so I have listed them again here for completeness. Since the scope of functions in the industry solution does not differ between SAP S/4HANA on-premise and SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition, the identical help applies to both solutions. One last remark, this solution is neither a replacement for SAP Recycling Administration (REA) nor a replacement for SAP EHS Waste Management (WM). Please contact SAP if you have any questions about these two solutions used in different industries. SAP’s waste and recycling portfolio is use at waste management business, recycling plant operations, in waste-to-energy, and in environmental services (street cleaning, office cleaning, snowplow, etc.) and therefore an important part for creating an Circular Economy with its circular material supply chains.
