Did you know SAP service offers a new way to connect with an SAP Support expert in a live, one-on-one 30-minute call at a time of your choice? Read this blog post to learn How to book your Schedule an Expert session.

The scheduled appointments require a minimum 48h notice to allow experts to prepare for the session.

To book a session, follow the steps below:

1.Go to the SAP ONE Support Launchpad

2.Add the Schedule an Expert tile to your SAP ONE Support Launchpad by clicking Personalize in the upper left corner.

3. Scroll down to the Incident Management section (you can also do a search for "Schedule an  Expert").

4.Click the "+" button to add the tile to your Launchpad home screen.



5.After the tile has been added to your homepage, select the tile to access the Schedule an Expert booking tool.

6. Select "Book Now" in the below screen shot and follow the steps to book a Schedule an Expert session. The Book Now icon below starts the schedule process Please note, sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis.     


  7. View Products that currently offer Schedule an Expert: Starting May 15th, customers can create Schedule an Expert sessions for a group of SAP Products. The list of products will grow over time. Please check this link below frequently to view when products will be added to the list:


 8. View/Modify/Cancel Upcoming Sessions: From the Schedule an Expert main page, you can    access theView Upcoming session by clicking on the icon. :
