Globalization, international business, worldwide commerce … these words no longer describe only corporates or huge enterprises with assets and employees allover the world. International trading becomes more and more common also for small and medium businesses, having customers and vendors all over the world, regardless the location of the business. With such environment, the list of currencies used a given business is getting longer, and when setting business partners as "All Currencies" to gain flexibility, working with the long list of currencies might be cumbersome. To preserve flexibility and increase efficiency, SAP Business One enables you set a default currency and hide the irrelevant currencies for each "All Currencies" business partner:

When creating documents for that business partner, the default currency is populated by in the document, and if another currency is needed, only the currencies you chose to include appear, so locating the currency you need is faster with a shortlist:
