SAP Analytics Cloud: Technical Guide

Overview:

SAP Analytics Cloud solution is a reporting apparatus used to analyze Core business processes utilizing various capabilities such as Business Intelligence (BI), augmented analytics, predictive analytics, and enterprise planning within a single environment.

The below mentioned are collaborative capabilities provided by the application suite:

• Digital Boardroom used for real-time, interactive boardroom presentations.
• Mobile Apps for iOS or Android devices to retrieve analytics data from anywhere and anytime.
• SAP Analytics Hub a centralized repository for organizational analytics.

The technical environment has the flexibility to be deployed on Premise, in the cloud and the combination of both option known as a Hybrid solution.

Solution Architecture:

The solution architecture accommodates various Data source deployment options required for different reporting capabilities within every tier of the SAP Analytics Cloud Platform:

• Core Capabilities: Mainly focuses on the connection options to the data available from either the cloud or on premise for analytic capabilities.

• Analytic Capabilities: Mainly focused on the Analytic capabilities involved using Business Intelligence, Predictive analytics and enterprise planning.

• Applications: Mainly focuses on the presentation of the data, Usually in SAP Digital Boardrooms, SAP Analytics HUB, and mobile apps.
