I suppose every company undeniably would agree the importance of the role IT could potentially play in improving the overall performance of a business. A lot of our customers came to us after the go live and ask "now what?" "how do I keep running my company's business transactions in cloud, and the same time innovate and improve the same time?"
A few weeks ago, my colleague adnette.kamugisha has introduced Customer Center of Excellence content in her Release Notes blog that is updated on regular basis whenever there is new S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition content added to Activate roadmap. This new Customer COE content includes all steps that relates to how to plan, build and run a successful Customer CoE. It suggests customer to start early during their implementation, gradually build up the moment in order to be ready to operate once live in cloud.
The same tag can also be used to browse all the Customer COE accelerators from one place.
It is never too late to think about a Customer COE organization. SAP offers service and certification program to help customer in creating and building this function in their organization. Just a couple of months ago, we launched openSAP microlearnings for SAP S/4HANA as an exciting new learning opportunity. What began with a small batch of 20 videos, has now become a channel with more than 50 microlearnings that have generated over 20,000 views since then. Today we cover multiple lines of business, like Finance and Manufacturing & Supply Chain, and key technology topics like Master Data Management, Extensibility, User Experience, and Upgrade Management.
