Running SAP HANA Cloud Central on a Trial landscape? We love to hear your honest opinion!

SAP HANA Trial users where are you? We want to hear what you think about SAP HANA Cloud Central.

Let me shortly introduce SAP HANA Cloud Central. The tool provides an overview of all your accessible SAP HANA Cloud instances. You can create, find, start and stop, edit and delete, and check the status of your provisioned instances. SAP HANA Cloud Central allows you to open your SAP HANA database instance in SAP HANA cockpit and SAP HANA database explorer or your SAP HANA Cloud, data lake instance in SAP HANA database explorer.

If you want to learn more about SAP HANA Cloud Central, I recommend reading these blogposts:

Supported by many colleagues, we as Product Management team, are happy to finally announce the integration of a feedback button into the UI of SAP HANA Cloud Central on Trial landscapes.

Feedback Button and first question. (Source: Own picture)

We truly appreciate your support, feedback, ideas, and everything you want us to know!

How satisfied are you with SAP HANA Cloud Central? Are the current capabilities meeting your requirements and needs? What is your experience using SAP HANA Cloud Central? Tell us what you liked and what we could improve to make your experience better. Whether it is the UI, functionalities, or something else, tell us your story!

Listening to your gut feeling is great when deciding on an ice cream flavor (I would go for lemon, most of the time ;-)) but not when prioritizing product requirements. This is exactly why we want to hear directly from you what is important to you. Eventually, this will help us to improve the administration and tooling experience for you, and SAP HANA Cloud even further.

To make giving feedback easier for you we have integrated the feedback button in the UI of trial landscapes using SAP HANA Cloud Central. You are just one click away from telling us what would make your work easier, optimized, and more efficient.

What kind of insights are we looking for?

Rate your current experience with SAP HANA Cloud Central

We want to learn about the status quo of your experience. Therefore, we are using a simple satisfaction rating scale (very unsatisfied – satisfied). This will help us to get a first impression on your general perception. None of the questions are mandatory, but the more answers we can collect, the more representative our view will become.

Requirements meet capabilities & ease of use

After the first warm-up question, we want to dive deeper into specific aspects of SAP HANA Cloud Central. You might have different needs compared to others. Maybe they are already met for some of you, but not for others. This is for example information we are looking for.

Use cases are different but we want you to have a smooth and pleasing experience when using SAP HANA Cloud Central for various use cases and not just a general one. Therefore, we are asking for a rating on the ease of use and the usefulness of our product. We want to learn more about you, your requirements, your needs, and your usage behavior when working with SAP HANA Cloud Central.

Last but not at all least: Share your thoughts with us!

There is something missing in SAP HANA Cloud Central that would make your work significantly easier? Some functions are not working as expected? You are excited about something specific? Let us know! Share your thoughts, feedback, and wishes with us and influence the future of SAP HANA Cloud Central.
