sally.lawlerkennedy has been driving innovation and championing human-centered design with world-leading companies for more than 20 years. She is a design thinker and creative problem solver. It was at SAP where she was trained and immersed in design thinking methodologies. Sally has taught and led design thinking workshops for some of the largest global companies, in a variety of industries. Sally is the Sr. Director of Innovation and Customer Experience at SAP AppHaus. The AppHaus team is responsible for delivering amazing and unforgettable customer experiences. As an Innovation Coach, Sally leads SAP customers out of their comfort zones into innovative design-led organizations. She focuses on leading and teaching teams to create delightful, usable, and useful software for business users. She is passionate about human-centered design, crafting delightful customer experiences, and leveraging technology and data to drive innovation.
cameron.khorsandi is a business developer for all things related to SAP BTP. He supports customer engagements by identifying challenges and discovering solutions through a technical lens by implementing SAP’s human-centered approach to innovation. In addition, he helps drive internal initiatives to ensure impact is driven effectively to customers utilizing solutions and SAP teams globally. Cameron started with SAP as an intern with the Products & Innovation team and continued to SAP Concur. Not long after he found himself as part of the Platform Adoption Advisory team in the Technology & Innovation board area. He has since been part of a winning team driving SAP Analytics Cloud Planning adoption and the Border States Electric project, highlighted at SAPPHIRE NOW 2021. Cameron is passionate about learning the challenges big companies face today and how best to solve them using intelligent solutions.
