In IMG activity “Activate Listing/Exclusion by Sales Document Type” or SSCUI-103031, you can assign a listing procedure to a sales document type.
In this activity, you can also define how the system reacts to several listing conditions in a material listing procedure.
For example, a listing procedure contains two conditions, one of which is based on "material + customer" and the other based on "material + customer group". When performing material listing in sales documents, the system is expected to check both listing conditions in the predefined order.
However, using the following settings, you can define validity rules for the listing conditions. It means the system may skip certain listing conditions during material listing.
