Since the release of SAP S/4HANA in 2015, thousands of customers have moved from SAP ERP to SAP S/4HANA and thousands more are in the process of moving. We from SAP are providing all the support needed for our customers to achieve this transformation to an intelligent enterprise by moving to SAP S/4HANA. Oftentimes we come across customers asking us, we love S/4HANA we would like to start the digital transformation journey to become an intelligent enterprise but what does it take to move to S/4HANA? In response we have been offering a variety of seminars, workshops, trainings etc.

In this blog I would like to introduce you to a free bootcamp called 10 Steps to S/4HANA for Customers which will help you to get a good understanding of what it takes to convert your system to SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition or SAP S/4HANA On-Premise. In this bootcamp you will also find answers to questions such as,

• What are the steps involved in system conversion?
• How system conversion is different from a technical upgrade?
• Do we have to involve functional consultants?
• How to evaluate SAP Partners who we want to engage for system conversion?
• What preparation activities can be completed before system conversion project?

This bootcamp is offered by SAP’s S/4HANA Reginal Implementation Group (S/4HANA RIG). This team consists of S/4HANA Product Experts who have hands-on experience in system conversion projects and have been supporting customers moving to SAP S/4HANA for over six years.

This bootcamp is offered only for SAP customers and each customer is required to participate as a team. The team must have three members one each from Basis, Finance, and Logistics. The bootcamp is designed for a team of three and we will not be able to register individuals for this program. If your organization is interested, please send your company name, company’s SAP Customer ERP Number, and the names and area of expertise of the three members who would be participating in the bootcamp from your company.
