Hi all, in the 2108 C4C Version, SAP delivered the functionality New Global Search (BETA).

Customers can request the activation of (BETA) Global Search via Support Incident provided license prerequisites are met.

This blog help you to know where can you find this prerequisites in the C4C tenant. Ready, came on!

1. New Global Search is available as BETA Release only within following products:

 SAP Sales and Service Core
 SAP Sales and Service Core, intelligence sales add on
 SAP Sales and Service Core, Dynamic Visit planning add on
 SAP Sales and Service Core, service agent console

To see the license that you have follow this steps:

• Service Control Center --> Purchased Licenses (1, 2, 3)

 

2. Solution available only in following Data Center: Germany, Australia and USA

• Service Control Center --> System (1, 2, 3,4)
