No menu for Word based editor and can’t change it back to normal text editor

When the user maintains a long text at transaction for Order (or any place with a text editor), the normal text editor works well but once change into WORD based text editor, the whole screen will be pure text without any menu of WORD or SAP GUI.

Menu ‘Change Editor’ or ‘Configure Editor’ with/without checkbox of ‘Graphic PC editor’ is not working for this.

It’s easy to deal with this:

Close your WORD while using a WORD-based text editor!  😀
