It seems like analytics have been around since the dawn of time, figuratively speaking. Today, more than ever analytics has become critical to just about every organization – because as we all know, if you can’t get access to the information that your organization is creating and processing, you can’t properly run your business.

Today, as organizations shift to the cloud, the legacy analytic systems that many of them rely on are running into added challenges, and SAP partners are at the tip of the spear, meeting these challenges with dynamic analytic solutions. These challenges include requirements like having to tap into data sources that span cloud and on-prem systems, increased customer expectations for real-time and predictive analytics, and the need for analytics that are embedded directly into business processes. And one of the biggest challenges is the requirement of getting analytics into the hands of everyone, not just select executives and operational decision makers.

To tackle these demands, SAP partners are turning to SAP Analytics Cloud, which enables SAP partners and customers to:

  • Deliver on the analytics requirements and expectations of all types of people

  • Access data across the entire organization - delivering insights where decisions are made

  • Support financial and operational planning with one solution

  • Supplement decision-making with machine-generated analytics

A part of SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Analytics Cloud enables partners to quickly deliver solutions, leveraging pre-configured industry and line-of-business functionality which speeds your time to value – enabling the delivery of custom applications supported by templatized content from SAP and the broader partner ecosystem.

One company in need of rapid time-to-value was Morocco’s Ministry of Health. As the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Morocco’s Ministry of Health found itself challenged by an inadequate health information system and manual data collection across public hospitals and laboratories. The Ministry urgently needed a clear view into transport delays and drug-stocking issues. Working with ALGO Consulting Group, and using its SAP-qualified partner-packaged solution for the transport sector, combined with SAP HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Digital Boardroom, the Ministry was able to create a solution in a matter of weeks to monitor the pandemic situation in real time. The solution helped to quickly bring the stocking and distribution issues under control with improved reporting.

This is just one example of how partners are using SAP Analytics Cloud to rapidly solve the challenges that organizations face, as they encounter today’s increasing market and technology shifts. Let’s face it, we’ve entered a time when keeping your finger on the pulse of the business is critical to survival.

I hope this blog has provided some context around how SAP Analytics Cloud is helping partners deliver on the challenges that today’s organizations are facing, especially when it comes to making analytics available to everyone.
