Good to know: How can you define the end message for a satisfaction survey (C4C Sales and Services)
Hello everyone, at the moment I am working on creating surveys from C4C and I see that we can format and enter the message you’d like your participants to receive upon completion.
This blog is about how can you have that easy functionality in the C4C.
Follow these steps and making easy for your customer! 🙂
- From the Wc Survey in the Design facet, click on the Adapt button and follow the numbers. (1, 2, 3)
2. Go back until design facet. (4)
3. Advance from the Design facet to the Survey End Message Section and set as visible.
4. After that you can see the new section where you can personalize the message you’d like your participants to receive upon completion.
5. Finally you can see something like that.
