SAP Enterprise Support Advisory Council H1 2021 Results
In the current volatile environment, transformation is more important than ever as customers, industries, and the entire world must transform to become more resilient, more profitable, and more sustainable to solve existing complex challenges at scale.
With that in mind, and in alignment with SAP’s strategy, we are delighted to share the results achieved by SAP Enterprise Support Advisory Council in the first half of 2021, and how we are helping our customers to accelerate their cloud transformation journey.
The SAP Enterprise Support Advisory Council is the Co-innovation & Piloting channel for SAP Enterprise Support and SAP Enterprise Support Cloud Edition customers, which gain exclusive access as early adopters to our latest Co-Innovation & Pilots offerings, having the opportunity to engage with experts during the engagement.
Based on the feedback received so far, 88% of our customers agree that their participation in the ESAC program was highly valuable to their companies: “The ESAC provides the methodology and the SAP experts to help customers, in different value-propositions, to adopt and expand their usage further.” – one of the participating customers said.
ESAC’s Program Methodology combines theory and practice. Through our homework approach and using a collaborative platform, the customer gets enabled in the specific areas of their interest. In terms of the overall delivery methodology, 88% of the customers agree that it was a key aspect to be successful during the ESAC experience.
Running +360 engagements with +200 different customers during the H1, we continue to contribute with SAP’s mission of helping the world run better and improve people’s lives. A great example of this is the collaboration with the healthcare company Swiss Medical, showcasing how our customer is innovating and making strategic decisions faster during the COVID-19 crisis with the help of SAP Enterprise Support Advisory Council.
