With SAP for Me we hope to provide a digital companion to our customer, that serves as their single point of entry to their entire SAP Landscape, on premise and in the cloud. We want to enable them to easily interact with SAP and be able to get immediate guidance to the best solutions for their business. With transparency across different types of information and role specific profiles SAP for Me is able to provide customers with a single source of truth and relevant self-service links.
Of course, in theory everything always sounds very promising. What it really comes down to however, is what our customers actually think of the SAP for Me portal and if it’s functionality is able to support them in their daily business.

The SAP for Me portal supports CONLOG with a simplified overview on business critical incidents and direct options for action within the portal. It enables the company to resolve issues in a timely manner, keeping the main focus on their customers.
So far 15.000 customers visited SAP for Me and more than 1.100 requested a simulation session enabling them to seize the full potential of the portal for their company. The goal remains however, to further increase the awareness for SAP for Me among our customers in order to generate more input and feedback that helps to develop the best possible version of it.
